Yellow Zebu offers you a seamless shopping experience. In fact, we provide you with quick delivery options and you can get your orders shipped even on the same day or next working day. Some orders also take 3 to 5 shipment days. We also provide a minute-to-minute update about your order shipment. When you place an order at Yellow Zebu, we appreciate your patience and ensure you get extreme satisfaction while shopping with us.

We ship our US orders from Miami and for orders across the globe, we have our main hub in Paris. Our orders also cover the cost of delivering parcel at your doorstep that logistics companies charge. Yellow Zebu does not charge any fee that revenue authorities charge in your country but these charges may be included in your bill. If you request a refund, we will help you with all the refundable orders. Please note that the amount that logistics and revenue authorities in your country charge may not be refundable.

You can request a refund via email. All your queries will be accepted through mail only. You can write any issues to us at [email protected] and we will guide you to resolve all your queries at earliest.

The return is accepted only:

·         If you receive damaged or defected item, you can request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

·         If you received the wrong product, you should request a refund within 7 days.
